When the upper layer collapses, customers feel sagging - but replacing the whole stack with a single uniform foam (which most local upholsterers do) destroys the original sit experience.
We diagnose by hand-pressure mapping each cushion, then re-build the stack in the right densities. For local sag we re-crown only the failed layer. For total memory loss we replace the full stack while preserving the original cushion casing and the leather panel.
