Slide-hammer the failed gas cylinder out, install the matched-stroke replacement. Lubricate the tilt mechanism, replace casters, swap or upgrade the star-base where needed.

Cracked headrest and arm-pad hide filled with flexible Italian filler, grain-pressed, then airbrush pigment-blended under daylight reference. Seam re-stitch where needed.
