We visit the property, count every leather piece, photograph current condition, and classify each by leather type and finish. We note what housekeeping products are currently being used - this often explains the damage pattern and informs what products we use. A detailed quote is provided within 24 hours of the survey.
We agree a phasing plan with your facilities or front office team. For hotels we phase by floor or wing, completing each section in one overnight window. For offices we agree floor-by-floor or zone-by-zone scheduling around shift patterns. The key constraint is always the same: the space must be fully operational by the time guests or staff arrive.
Each piece receives deep clean, condition, and any repair work (scratch, colour fade, staining) needed. Recolouring uses our abrasion-resistant commercial pigment system. Every piece is photographed before and after. For AMC commercial clients, a condition note is maintained per piece across every visit so we can track the rate of wear by location.
Work is formally handed over with a property-level condition report. We brief the housekeeping or facilities team on what products to use and what to avoid - this briefing extends the life of the restoration significantly. We provide written product guidance specific to your leather finish types. We then offer an ongoing AMC tailored to the property's size and use level.
