Pet urine in foam, monsoon mildew, smoke locked in grain - sprays only hide them. We destroy odour at source with enzyme deep treatment. At-home service across India, same-day slots. Also staining or conditioning needs? One visit.
Enzyme treatment breaks odour molecules at the molecular level - no fragrance cover, no temporary fix, no return after a week.
Photographed in studio · IndiaSix reasons homeowners across India call us when the smell will not leave.
Learn moreProfessional-grade enzyme solutions break down the organic compounds that carry smell - uric acid, mould spores, smoke tars - at a molecular level. Once broken down, the molecules cannot reconstitute. This is fundamentally different from any spray or candle-based masking approach.
AtelierCat urine is the hardest domestic odour to remove because uric acid crystals are insoluble in water and invisible to the eye. We use UV light to map contamination extent, then apply a two-stage enzyme treatment that reaches the foam beneath the leather - where most of the crystal load sits.
India's July-September monsoon pushes indoor humidity above 85% across much of the country. This drives mildew growth inside cushion foam within 3-4 weeks of exposure. We treat existing mildew with anti-fungal enzyme solution and apply a protective finish that resists regrowth through the following monsoon season.
On-Site,Cigarette smoke and cooking fumes deposit organic tar compounds across every leather surface they contact. These compounds bond to the grain and resist simple wiping. Our oxidation treatment neutralises them chemically rather than covering them - after treatment the leather smells of nothing.
Our enzyme solutions are non-toxic once dry - no bleach, no formaldehyde, no harsh solvents. We ask that children and pets stay away during treatment and for 2 hours after, then the area is completely safe. No residual chemical smell is left behind.
Odour treatments that involve bleach or aggressive solvents dry out leather, cause colour lift, and shorten its life. Every one of our treatments ends with a conditioning step that restores suppleness and protects the grain surface. The leather is better after treatment, not just neutral.
A four-stage protocol that works at the source, not the surface.
Learn MoreWe use UV light to map pet contamination, moisture meter readings to locate mildew zones, and smell classification to identify smoke or cooking compounds. This step determines which enzyme protocol is needed and at what depth - skipping it leads to incomplete treatment.
01.
Enzyme solution is worked into leather pores using a soft brush, then injected into seam channels with a thin applicator. For pet contamination with foam penetration, cushion covers are unzipped and the foam surface is treated directly. Contact time of 20-30 minutes is maintained before the next stage.
02.
A neutralising rinse arrests the enzyme reaction once the odour compounds have been broken down. Airflow is then managed to dry the leather evenly - uneven drying causes tide marks. This stage takes 1-2 hours depending on humidity and contamination depth.
03.
Enzyme treatment strips some of the natural oils from leather. We restore these with a professional conditioning application, then apply a light topcoat seal that closes the pores against future odour absorption. The sofa is typically ready for normal use the same evening.

Enzyme protocol penetrates leather, seams, and foam in a single visit - we do not leave until the smell is gone.
Photographed in studio · IndiaSprays and scented covers mask odour temporarily because they address the air, not the source. Within 3-5 days the smell returns - because uric acid crystals from pet accidents are lodged in the foam beneath the leather, mildew roots are embedded in the seam crevices, and smoke tars have bonded to the grain surface. No amount of surface fragrance touches any of those. India's monsoon humidity (85-95% RH from July to September) is particularly harsh - it drives mildew deep into cushion foam in weeks.
Our enzyme-based protocol attacks each odour source differently. For pet urine, enzyme solution is worked through the leather, into the seam channels, and down to the foam layer where uric acid crystals form. For mildew, we combine anti-fungal treatment with moisture-neutralisation. For smoke, an oxidation treatment neutralises the organic compounds that carry the smell. Each treatment is followed by leather conditioning to restore the surface after the chemical process. Most cases - including serious pet contamination - are resolved in a single 3-4 hour visit.
Professional enzyme treatment that destroys what consumer sprays merely hide.
Photographed on-site · IndiaThree plans for every odour severity - surface smell to deep pet contamination.
Light smell on leather from smoke, food, or mild damp. Surface enzyme treatment with a smoke and food odour protocol, a single-session 2-hour service, post-treatment conditioning, and same-day availability.
For odour penetrated into seams, foam, and mildew. Deep seam enzyme injection with a monsoon mildew protocol, an anti-fungal protective finish, moisture barrier treatment, and leather conditioning and seal.
For urine contamination soaked into the foam. UV contamination mapping with foam-layer enzyme treatment, a two-stage uric acid protocol, an anti-bacterial topcoat seal, and a 30-day odour-free guarantee.

"Our Labrador had an accident on the sofa three months before we called and we'd tried every spray and cover going. They treated the foam right through the cushion seam and the smell was completely gone by the next morning. Not reduced - gone. Had no idea such a thorough service existed."
"Bought a pre-owned leather sofa with cigarette smell baked into the grain. After their surface enzyme treatment it was completely neutral by the same evening. One session and it smells of nothing. Remarkable value for undoing a musty bargain."
"Post-monsoon mildew smell had made our living room unusable. Both leather sofas treated in one visit. They explained the anti-fungal finish and told us exactly how far off the wall to keep the sofas next monsoon. The smell hasn't returned in two seasons since."
