Built around hard groundwater, summer-heat dehydration and a high share of older heritage hides.
Hide grade read first: aniline, semi-aniline, pigmented or nappa. pH and absorbency checked on an inner seam, cracking logged, package and price agreed before any product touches the seat.
pH-neutral cleaner cut with distilled water lifts hand oils, dust and mineral haze without disturbing the topcoat. Soft circular passes, surface stays evenly damp, never pooled.
Hide-grade cream worked in by hand with dwell time. Older Chesterfields get a second coat; aniline pieces get a lighter pigment-safe formula so the grain stays visible.
Finish chosen to the hide once the mineral haze is off and the grain reads true - a matte seal for aniline and heritage sets, a tougher satin topcoat for everyday pigmented frames that take the brunt of the heat-and-AC swing. Worked thin, hand-buffed to one even tone. Two to three hours to dry, full cure overnight.
Hard local groundwater leaves a mineral haze on leather, while Surajkund and Sector 21C towers run AC hard enough to pull indoor humidity under 35%. Heritage bungalows in Sector 14 and Sector 15 keep a cadence all their own. Readings logged off our own bench over twelve years.

We are a walk-in leather workshop in Sector 21B, not a WhatsApp number. The bench comes to your door across Sector 14, Sector 15, Sector 21C, Charmwood Village and out toward Surajkund at one flat call-out rate. No travel surcharge, same-day slots available.
Being based on this side of town is why turnaround here runs faster than a van dispatched from across the river - homes in Sector 14, Sector 15 and Sector 21C can usually book a same-day visit, and anything that needs a full recolour we can take into the studio and bring back evened-out. Whether it is a dull sheen on a lightly faded set or a heavily patchy hide that wants pigment rebuilt before buffing, we handle both ends from one local base.

"My mother's 25-year-old leather Chesterfield, a wedding gift, and I was petrified someone would over-polish it into a shiny fake. They preserved every bit of the character and brought the sheen back without the plastic gloss. Worth the Atelier price for the peace of mind alone."
"I walked into their Sec 21B workshop first just to see if they were real - that local presence sold me. Doorstep visit two days later, full three-seater polished in 90 minutes, and no travel charge sprung on me at the door. Proper local outfit."
"Our farmhouse country-room set is a big 4+2+2 in leather and I expected them to rush it. They scheduled a four-hour slot, brought enough material, and finished properly in one visit. Recommended them to two neighbours since, both happy."
Read at the bench, quoted at your door. We grade the hide and gauge the mineral haze before naming a price, so the figure holds whether it is a Sector 14 Chesterfield or a Surajkund farmhouse set.
